An Antwerp townhouse that had been on the market for months without an offer above guide price. The property had everything — location, ceiling height, original detail — except a story the right buyer would read in the first minute.
We took it over without touching the structure. Light interventions: walls repainted in a palette that emphasised ceiling height, our own art on the walls so each room had an anchor, photography redone from scratch, and — not insignificantly — the broker switched for someone who knows the segment.
