The ZebraHuis was, until shortly before Antwerp Design Week, an empty building with potential — not more than that. What it needed was not a renovation but a decision: which programming belongs here, which partners fit, which visitors are we inviting through the door?
In fourteen days that answer was given. Contractors planned and steered, three partners curated, photography produced for ADW communications, and an opening night arranged in a format that drew the right calendars.
The space did not just become ready — it became the kind of place where the week effectively began. That is the difference between "a venue" and a venue people actually want to attend.
